ESCP is delighted to welcome Gallup for a briefing on the Real Future of Work.

Grounded in decades of Gallup research and consulting worldwide -- and millions of interviews - The Gallup annual report on the Future of work advises that leaders improve productivity by becoming far more employee-centered; build strengths-based organizations to unleash workers' potential; and hire great managers to implement the positive change their organizations need not only to survive - but to thrive.

Gallup recently studied workplaces in four of the largest European Economies – France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom – to understand the current state of work and anticipate important future challenges.

One topic of focus in the study is “agility”, which Gallup examines through the lens of organisational and employee performance. The report also assesses the importance of agility in helping businesses respond to increasing market volatility.

In this executive briefing, Gallup will share its Agility Index which offers comparative measures of workplace agility in the four countries included in the study, findings on how agility is linked to performance, and research-based insights on how leaders can create and manage an agile workforce.

  • This event will be held in English and will be led by Prof. Philippe Gabilliet.
Topic and speaker introduction: Laragh Marchand, Gallup.
Agility in the Workplace briefing: Jeremie Brecheisen, Gallup.
