ESCP, Stanford and CCI launch masterclasses to train leaders in sustainable transformation

We are excited to announce a new partnership between ESCP Business School, Stanford University Doerr School of Sustainability, and CCI Paris Île-de-France to offer executive masterclasses designed to help professionals in France lead sustainable transformation in their organisations.

This collaboration brings together international academic excellence and business expertise, providing a unique opportunity to explore how sustainability can drive innovation, resilience, and growth. Through these masterclasses, participants will gain actionable insights and practical tools to embed responsible practices at the heart of their strategy.

The initiative reflects ESCP’s mission to educate accountable, creative and bold leaders who are prepared to navigate the complex challenges of today’s business world by embedding ethical practices, responsible decision-making and long-term sustainability at the core of management and organisational strategy.

Sustainable transformation: The key themes

Taking place on 25th (focus on SMEs) and 26th (focus on larger companies) March 2026, the masterclasses provide a space for you to explore critical questions, including:

• How can businesses align economic goals with environmental and social responsibility in an increasingly uncertain global environment?
• How can sustainability strengthen organisational performance and resilience?
• What leadership skills are needed to implement transformative change?

Participants will benefit from a combination of case studies, interactive sessions, and global perspectives, connecting academic insight with tangible business applications.

Professors Mike Lepech and Dan Iancu of Stanford University and Professor Gorgi Krlev of ESCP Business School will deliver the programme.
