As companies survive and thrive for years or even decades, or as they operate in mature, saturated markets, innovation often slows down. The reasons can be manifold, ranging from having identified product-market-fits, to changed regulatory environments, all the way to stabilizing growth. Oftentimes, it is also internal structures and processes that develop over the years and hamper entrepreneurial endeavours.
