Vanezza is an affiliate professor at ESCP Business School based at the London Campus. 

Prior to joining the ESCP Business school, she spent 8 years in the field and frontlines of understanding the multifaceted nature of social impact, cultural diversity, sustainable development, designing and implementing holistic development programmes between multinational companies, NGOs, and social innovation start-ups across Southeast Asia (incl. the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar).

She holds a MSc Health, Population and Society and Executive MSc in Behavioural Science degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science, which inspires her professional interest in challenging corporates to embrace social sustainability and social innovation through novel multi-sectoral collaborations by adopting a human-centred approach to ESG strategies.

At ESCP Business school, she teaches social impact management, social value, social sustainability, diversity and inclusion across the Master in Management and MSc Marketing & Creativity programmes.
