Affiliated Professor at ESCP Business School, Christian Auriach specializes in innovation management, more specifically in IPM (Innovation Performance Management & Innovation Portfolio Management) and AI-enabled strategy planning. From the development of a strategy to the optimisation of scaling up processes through, in particular, the dissemination of methods of co-creation, knowledge capitalisation, arbitration and measurement, in organisations (cellular, agile and learning organisations) and in collaborative ecosystems (open innovation).

The current focus of Christian Auriach’s research is two-fold: mechanisms of hypergrowth and weak signals of future unicorns on one hand, efficient integration of AI in innovation processes on the other.

This specialty meets the needs of professionals in executive education at ESCP Business School as well as that of students in initial training. C. Auriach draws on his experience in the field as much as his research work to offer training targeted and adaptable to the context and the expectations of the participants. Founder of Scenent, he previously held management positions at Accenture (Process & Innovation Performance lead), Matra Cap Systems (now part of Airbus) and Crédit Lyonnais (International Division – Europe & Asia).

He also teaches at CELSA Sorbonne University. He has a Sup'Aero engineering degree and holds a Master's degree in Business Consulting from ESCP Business School. He is co-author of the book Pro en consulting published by Vuibert.
