After a military career characterized by operational units (foreign legion, combat tanks), officer training and command at the Military Academy of Saint-Cyr, numerous overseas operations and central administration (simplification of the army organization & process project), Bastian DUFILHOL is a general officer (retired) of the French Army.
He is involved in higher education and affiliate professor to ESCP Business School since June 2024. He is also in charge of the development of the defence, government and defence industries sectors of ANOZR WAY, a French start-up at the forefront of cyber security.
Initially trained at the military academy of Saint-Cyr, graduated from the Army war college and the Joint Staff College, he is an engineer, graduated from ESSEC Business School and Phd in political science (Aix-Marseille University).
Graduated from the Institute of Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Interior, he is the author of a thesis, the resilience of the State, combining public policies, organizational theory and crisis sociology.
