Frédéric Bizard is Professor of Macroeconomics in the Grande Ecole cycle (PMY) and in the Bachelor of Management (BSc). He also teaches industrial economics and international economics in the Grande Ecole  cycle (PMY) and health economics in the Executive Master in Health management.

He is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris), economics and finance section, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.

His field of academic research focuses on the economics of social protection and health, on which he has published several reference books, numerous scientific and mainstream publications on the economics of social protection and health. He regularly intervenes in the media on these subjects for which he is considered today as a leading economist in France.

In 2018, he created a research center on the overhaul of the health system, called the Health Institute, which designed a program to overhaul the French health system called autonomy in health. This program is now disseminated in all political, institutional and professional health bodies and is a reference base for rebuilding an efficient health system in France.
