Frédéric Bizard is Professor of Macroeconomics in the Grande École cycle (PMY) and in the Bachelor of Management (BSc). He also teaches Industrial Economics and International Economics in the Grande École cycle (PMY) and Health Economics in the Executive Master in Health Management.
His field of academic research focuses on the economics of social protection and health, on which he has published several reference books, and numerous scientific and mainstream publications. He regularly intervenes in the media on these subjects, for which he is considered today as a leading economist in France.
In 2018, he created a research centre on the overhaul of the health system, called the Health Institute, which designed a programme to overhaul the French health system called Autonomy in Health. This programme is now disseminated across all political, institutional, and professional health bodies and serves as a reference framework for rebuilding an efficient health system in France.
He is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris), Economics and Finance section, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
