Pierre Séguin is a graduate of ESCP Business School (Master in Management, class of 2001), holds a master's degree in business and tax law and the Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat (CAPA). He is an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School, where he has taught contract law, corporate law, and transaction law since 2017.

He co-directs the Executive Specialized Masters in Financial and Tax Engineering.

Pierre Séguin is also a member of the Paris Bar and founding partner of AAPS AVOCATS.

He also teaches corporate law at Sciences-Po Paris and at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris.
