Lived and taught French in London for three years.
Then, she moved back to France to study. While studying literature and linguistics, she worked for a musical publishing company as a translator (French/English) for 9 years.
After graduating from the University of Paris VII, she started to teach at several language schools and at the Sorbonne university (Paris I).
She also taught French to foreign executives in public and private companies. She’s been teaching French at ESCP Europe since 1999. She also taught written French classes to French civil servants working in ministries and wishing to pass administrative exams.
Anne Porcher also taught French to political refugee journalists preparing the entrance exam to the school of journalism of Sciences-Po Paris. She also translated pedagogical documents for the Chamber of Commerce of Paris and ran an organization of French classes for foreigners living in Paris.
