Isabelle de Boysson-Baltassis is a Teaching Professor in the Management Department at ESCP Business School in Paris and also teaches at other institutions such as ESA Beirut and the Institut Catholique de Paris.
In addition to her academic work, Isabelle runs a private coaching and executive development practice, where she works with both young and senior managers across various industries. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, career dynamics, and issues facing professional women. She also specializes in team management and coaching.
Before transitioning into coaching, Isabelle gained over 20 years of experience in senior roles within large corporations. She started her career as an economic and financial journalist at Les Echos (a leading French economic daily, part of the Financial Times group). She then moved into corporate communication as Director of External Relations for Cerus (De Benedetti group), where she developed and implemented a new communication strategy. She also served as the company’s spokesperson to the French and international press, financial communities, and shareholders, and coordinated communication for the group’s subsidiaries in Spain and Central Europe.
After completing her MBA, she joined Lyonnaise Communications, where she created and led a new department for Research and Commercial Simulations, as well as taking on the role of Associate Director for marketing and programs, spearheading the digital transformation.
Outside of her professional career, Isabelle is a painter and has exhibited her works across France and Europe.
