    This session examined what remains distinctly human in organizations in the age of automation and digitalization.
    It explored the impact of artificial intelligence on key skills such as critical thinking and interpersonal relationship and proposed “craftsmanship” as an alternative managerial model, grounded in ethics, time, space, and relationships.

    The Human-Centered Decision Making in the Age of AI masterclass explored how to integrate artificial intelligence into decision-making processes while preserving the central role of human judgment.
