Diana Pérez-Arechaederra holds a PhD in Social Psychology and Anthropology of Organizations from the University of Salamanca (Spain), earned in 2012. Her professional journey includes collaborations with prestigious national and international institutions, such as the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (USA), where she conducted research on organizational justice perceptions in healthcare management under a Fulbright scholarship. She has also worked at the Psychology School of Utrecht University (Netherlands) and the Centrum Católica Business School at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She is a dedicated educator and researcher whose work focuses on understanding human behavior in organizations. She teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Negotiation, and Leadership across various academic levels, including master’s programs and executive education. Her research focuses on psychological processes in digital work environments and the integration of new technologies, with a particular emphasis on healthcare settings to enhance the well-being of various stakeholders. Additionally, her work explores strategies to promote health, well-being and social sustainability within workplace environments. She is an expert in scale construction and validation. Her research has been published in renowned academic journals such as Social Science & Medicine and Technological Forecasting and Social Change.
