I am on a mission to understand and foster equitable workplace dynamics and outcomes in an
increasingly complex, globalized world. My research examines the relationship between leadership and
collaboration, innovation, and equity in diverse and complex organizational contexts.
I obtained my PhD in Management (cum laude) from IESE Business School, Barcelona. Before joining
ESCP Business School and relocating back to Spain, I was a tenured faculty member at Copenhagen
Business School, where I held various academic responsibilities, including as an academic program
director.
I teach and supervise extensively in leadership, diversity, and international management, and I am an
executive coach certified by INSEAD. Currently, I serve as chair of the Global Committee of the
Organizational Behavior Division at the Academy of Management—AOM’s largest division, as an
associate editor of Applied Psychology, and as an editorial review board member of several good
journals such as Human Resource Management Journal.
