Olesia Nikulina is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at ESCP Business School in Madrid.

Her research and teaching interests include visual and digital marketing, unstructured data, social media, and consumer behaviour. She has published articles in international journals, such as the Journal of Advertising, and has presented at major marketing conferences, including ACR and AMA.

Before transitioning to academia, she worked as a strategy consultant at EY and as an overseas marketing manager for a large IT company.

Prior to joining ESCP Business School, Olesia served as a doctoral researcher and research project manager at Maastricht University (the Netherlands) and a visiting scholar at Babson College (the USA, MA). Olesia earned a joint PhD from Maastricht University and Hasselt University, for which she was nominated as an AMA Sheth Doctoral Consortium Fellow.
