Claudia Müller is an Affiliated Professor at ESCP Business School, where she has been teaching intercultural management, intercultural leadership, and change management in various Master and Executive Education programmes for many years.
Claudia has extensive experience in international collaboration and leadership, as well as in building and developing organizational units or subsidiaries. After graduating from ESCP Business School, she spent 15 years holding various international management and leadership positions in the Unilever Group of Companies and with Braun/Gillette.
She led teams and worked with partner organizations from more than 50 cultures across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, living among others in China, Singapore, and India.
Subsequently, she transitioned into a training and consulting role, pursuing further education in the field of intercultural training and completing a three-year course as an organizational development consultant.
She runs her own company, CIM Consulting, accompanying organizations and executives in developing their international collaboration, leadership capabilities, and culture.
Recently, Claudia has started her personal “transformation project.” An interest in diversity has run throughout her life—not only cultural diversity, but also the biological diversity of this planet, which fascinated her from an early age. She fulfilled a dream by returning to study biology/ecology, completing her bachelor’s degree in 2024. She now seeks to combine her professional experience with her new knowledge to develop sustainability teaching formats grounded in both organizational transformation and ecological expertise.
