Graduated from Sciences Po Paris, Holding a PhD in public law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Éric Ghérardi is qualified to supervise research in public law. 8 years as Lecturer at the University of Rennes and a practicing lawyer, 2 years as director of a military research center, 10 years as Provost and Dean at the National Military Academy of Saint-Cyr. He is also Professor or Law and President of the Institut Catholique d'Enseignement Supérieur in La-Roche-sur-Yon. He has published around sixty articles and fifteen books on public law.
