On March 12, ESCP Business School and L’Oréal partnered once again to bring students the 6th edition of the L’Oréal Innovation Factory. This online event, organized under the L’Oréal Professorship in Creativity Marketing, offered an immersive experience into the world of marketing, digital transformation, and innovation within the beauty industry.

A Decade of Partnership and Innovation

The event was launched with a kickoff session led by Marie Taillard, L’Oréal Professor of Creativity Marketing at ESCP, alongside Carine Delliere, Talent Acquisition Director at L’Oréal, and Abdilah Merzoug, Talent Acquisition Manager for Marketing. They emphasized the strong and enduring partnership between ESCP and L’Oréal, which has thrived for over a decade, driven by shared values of entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation.

A major highlight of the event was the Career Exploration Session, where Abdilah Merzoug, Alice Laurent (Talent Acquisition Manager for Digital/Ecommerce), and Camille Drilhon (Talent Acquisition Manager for Beauty Tech) provided valuable insights into L’Oréal’s recruitment process. Students learned about various career paths and had the opportunity to interact with L’Oréal representatives to explore future roles within the company.

Engaging Finale: A Test of Knowledge

The event concluded on an interactive note with a quiz game designed to test students on the key insights they had gained throughout the day. The top three winners were rewarded with exclusive L’Oréal products.
