  • Ferrari Lunelli Winery: A guided tour through their renowned cellars, where students discovered the art of crafting premium sparkling wines, followed by a curated tasting experience showcasing the brand’s heritage and innovation.
  • Loacker: A fully immersive experience, including a sensory workshop where students refined their palate, a behind-the-scenes look at production processes, and strategic insights from top executives on branding, communication, and planning.
  • Dr. Schär: Global leader in gluten-free products, opened its doors for an engaging session on brand marketing and category development. Students explored how the company innovates in the health-conscious food sector and tasted a selection of their latest products.

Veneto & Emilia-Romagna: Iconic Brands and Food Innovation

  • Giovanni Rana: students explored the company’s production lines and engaged in discussions with industry experts on product development, market trends, and the challenges of scaling fresh pasta production for international markets.
  • Bauli: A unique insight into one of Italy’s most renowned bakery brands. Students discovered the company’s approach to innovation while maintaining tradition, from product research and development to large-scale production processes.

  • Lavazza: More than just a coffee company, Lavazza welcomed students to an exclusive experience where they delved into the company’s innovative branding, sustainability initiatives, and premium coffee production process.
     
  • Venchi: A multi-faceted visit combining history, digital innovation, and sustainability. Students explored how this heritage chocolate brand continues to thrive globally while embracing modern trends and responsible sourcing.
     
  • Martini & Rossi: A behind-the-scenes exploration of the craftsmanship and heritage of one of Italy’s most renowned vermouth brands, where students experienced how tradition and innovation co-exist in the spirits industry.
     
  • Domori: A deep dive into the world of fine chocolate making, including an exclusive tasting session where students gained a deeper understanding of quality sourcing and ethical production in the cocoa industry.
     
  • Makr Shakr: students discovered how robotics is transforming the service industry. The experience was made even more memorable with a visit to their flagship venue, where students witnessed the robotic bartender "Tony" in action and enjoyed curated cocktails.

    A visit to Ristorante Cavallino Maranello, a Michelin-starred restaurant, showcased the evolution of fine dining, from historical traditions to modern sustainability challenges.

    students participated in hands-on masterclasses on Menu Engineering, Revenue Generation, Added Value, and Cheese Pairing, alongside a team-building experience to develop their gastronomic expertise.
  • Meat & Cheese Excellence
    Visits to Prosciuttificio Fratelli Galloni and the Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano allowed students to witness the traditional production of Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano, understanding the craftsmanship behind these globally renowned products.
  • Global Supply Chain & Pasta Production
    At Barilla, students explored the company’s global supply chain strategy and visited the production plant to gain insight into the processes behind one of Italy’s most iconic food brands.
