ESCP Business School London Campus is pleased to share that the School will progress to the next phase of maintenance and redevelopment of its Finchley Road site in 2025.

Starting in February 2025, the first phase of work will see the development of a 3rd floor going into the roof of the main building facing Finchley Road, creating new teaching and collaborative space for its vibrant community by September 2026. This phase will be followed by the external renovation of the main Victorian building and is deeded to complete in December 2026.

This renovation is essential for building an efficient, sustainable and future-proof environment for our community. The project will include renovations to the existing facade of our beautiful Victorian building. The School plans to refresh the building's stonemasonry and repair all windows and rainwater goods. The conversion of the 3rd floor will also mean a full replacement of the main roof and its ancillary features such as gables and chimney stacks.

Throughout this important project phase, the site operations team will keep all staff and students updated on the timeline of key scheduled works to ensure minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations.

The planned expansion is part of the London Campus’s 10-year estate masterplan to support excellence in teaching, learning, innovation, and local community engagement. In the 2023/2024 academic year, the Campus made study space improvements by creating two new multi-functional lecture rooms with 186 additional seats and redesigning its library facilities. This follows the opening of a brand-new student wing in summer 2023, offering various student-dedicated rooms for quiet and group study, student conference facilities, and dedicated space for student societies and ESCP's start-up incubator, the Blue Factory.

We are proud to embark on this exciting journey of growth in size and quality and in terms of depth and breadth of our educational offering. The enhancements to our Campus underscore our commitment to providing a world-class and forward-looking education that inspires and enables talent to utilise their full potential in an ever-changing and complex global landscape. The London Campus plays a key role in bridging the UK and Europe, representing European values in the UK and connecting businesses and people.

As the London Campus progresses in its 10-year estate masterplan to upscale premises (fabric and facilities), we are excited to provide new working and teaching spaces to the growing cohorts of undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education students.

Our ongoing building development aims to maintain the soul of a traditional Victorian site with enhanced and sustainable technologies, thus responsibly adjusting to the ever-changing needs of the students and of the business world as well as the environmental mission of leading providers of Higher Education.
