Choose ESCP and make an impact
Our commitment to excellence is based on 4 strategic areas that have a daily impact on the lives of our students and on the ESCP Business School community as a whole.
Equal Opportunities & Inclusion
Enable the studies and success of all students, without social, cultural, or geographical distinction.
For more than 10 years, the ESCP Foundation has worked to help the School attract outstanding talent while reducing the inequalities that still affect students' access to higher education. Through targeted initiatives and scholarship programmes, the Foundation fosters an inclusive environment in which every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Pre-admission programmes
Alternative pathways to admission
Including Talent Spring, an innovative admission route to the Master in Management programme for high-potential candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds or those who have overcome significant personal challenges.
Equipping students for success
Support seminars and tailored development programmes, including Chances Augmentées Prépa for scholarship students in the French preparatory classes (classes préparatoires), Chances Augmentées Lycées, which provides mentoring and support from Year 10 through to the Baccalauréat and Chances Augmentées Prépa ECT, designed for students following technological pathways.
Programmes during students' studies
Financial support for studies
The Foundation supports the School's scholarship programme, with the ambition of increasing the proportion of scholarship recipients to 20% of the student body. It also funds excellence scholarships enabling students to pursue dual degrees with leading international partner institutions.
Hardship & solidarity fund
Providing rapid financial assistance to students facing unexpected personal or financial hardship.
Support programmes: to go the extra mile
Subsidised meals, mobility grants for study across ESCP campuses, access to sport and cultural activities, integration grants to help students join student societies, and support for students with disabilities to promote greater accessibility and inclusion.
Mentoring
A range of mentoring programmes helps students achieve their full potential through personalised guidance, strong professional networks and access to innovative opportunities.
I am from a modest background in Africa, where the dream of higher education at prestigious business schools often seems out of reach due to financial constraints. The generosity of the Foundation's donors has been a real turning point for me, enabling me to pursue my passion for finance and management without constantly worrying about tuition fees. This scholarship has not only eased my financial worries, but has also given me the opportunity to concentrate on my coursework and administrative tasks. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. I am committed to contributing to the Foundation to help other students from underprivileged backgrounds gain access to higher education when I become an Alumna.

The ESCP Foundation helps the School create an inspiring, innovative environment that enables students to thrive throughout their academic journey.
We enhance the student experience by expanding access to career services, sports and student activities, while promoting wellbeing and mental health. These initiatives bring the ESCP spirit to life across the student community on every campus.
Foundation-supported initiatives available to eligible students
Campus life
The Foundation supports projects that enhance everyday life on campus, including funding student jobs, supporting student societies and developing permaculture initiatives. Together, these projects encourage engagement, foster inclusion and enrich the student experience.
Sport
The Foundation promotes access to sport for all students and supports initiatives that strengthen connections across the ESCP community. This includes backing the Intercampus Games, one of the flagship events of student life across ESCP's European campuses.
Careers and inclusion
The ESCP Foundation supported the launch of Women@ESCP, a comprehensive programme led by the Career Centre to empower high-potential female students and support their personal and professional development.
The Foundation introduced me to the Women@ESCP initiative, and I was immediately drawn to the project. Its aim is to encourage female students to consider a wider range of career paths without feeling discouraged by professions that are sometimes perceived as being male-dominated.A school's reputation also depends on the engagement of its alumni network, whose contribution is vital to its image and influence. ESCP Business School has evolved significantly since I graduated, and I have valued the opportunity to exchange ideas with the School's leadership to gain a better understanding of its ambitions. Alumni have an important role to play by sharing their perspectives on the School's strategic direction and by contributing to initiatives such as this one.

By supporting research and teaching activities across all ESCP campuses, the Foundation plays a key role in advancing an ambitious and forward-looking educational model.
Every gift acts as a catalyst for ESCP's high-impact research and serves as a powerful driver of educational innovation.

Entrepreneurship
Make ESCP THE business school for entrepreneurship in Europe, with a network of incubators in 5 countries.
Supporting students in their entrepreneurial aspirations, both during their studies and after graduation, is essential for cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit and fostering their success in the professional world. Through innovative programmes and a network of incubators in several countries, we are creating a favourable environment for the emergence of ideas and the realisation of entrepreneurial projects. At ESCP, entrepreneurship becomes a collective adventure where each student can bring their ambitions to life.
Projects supported by the Foundation
- 51 students took part in the Improbable seminar: the Art Thinking method guarantees the creation of original thought, the exploration of alternative perspectives and the construction of sustainable solutions.
- 4 programmes made educational expeditions to Europe's innovative entrepreneurial ecosystems. Over 250 students have benefited from this initiative.
- 2 managers from the London and Turin incubators were recruited, kick-starting the Europeanisation of the Blue Factory the ESCP incubator.
The Foundation will support the School's aims on all its campuses starting in 2024
- Continued deployment of the ESCP incubator in Europe on the Berlin and Madrid campuses.
- Financing educational expeditions to innovative entrepreneurial ecosystems in Europe, with the ambition of broadening opportunities for students by exploring ecosystems in Asia or America.
As an entrepreneur in the world of cyber security for some twenty years, I joined the school's PHD executive programme nearly 2 years ago. I felt it was important to give my support, both in terms of time, to the Foundation's entrepreneurial initiatives, and financially by donating to these activities. I wanted to support the Foundation for 4 years so that it would be part of a project and support the Foundation's aims. I was able to contribute to a project for the entrepreneur option directly, supporting the funding of a scholarship and finally a part for the Foundation's global projects. I particularly liked this flexibility in the allocation of donations. It seems to me more than ever that the relationship between the School and the professional world must be permanent, to enable future graduates to fully grasp the challenges of a constantly changing professional world. In this respect, the Alumni are an essential source of support for the School's reflection and projects.
