The Company Relations & Career Development Team at ESCP Berlin Campus invites you to take part in the 2025 Berlin Career Fair, our flagship hybrid event connecting top employers with outstanding business talent. Held both on campus and online, this annual event brings together ambitious students and alumni from all six ESCP campuses, offering your company the chance to engage with highly skilled, international candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and specialisations.

Event Highlights

In-Person Fair - 7th November 2025

  • Personalised Company Booths: Engage directly with students at your company booth during the on-campus fair, ensuring clear visibility and immediate recognition.
  • Speed Interviews: Meet multiple candidates in short, focused conversations designed to help you quickly identify top talent for internships and entry-level roles.
  • Online Company Profile and Job Postings: Advertise your open positions in advance and receive applications before the event, giving you the opportunity to pre-select and schedule meetings with promising candidates.
  • Executive Networking & Catering: Network with students and fellow recruiters during coffee breaks and a complimentary lunch provided for all company representatives.

Online Interview Week - 10th -14th November 2025

  • Pre-Select Your Candidates: Review applications in advance and invite selected students for first-round 1:1 interviews for specific roles.
  • Virtual Coffee Chats: Engage in informal, one-on-one conversations with shortlisted candidates to build connections and assess cultural fit.
  • Unlimited Recruiter Access: Include as many team members as you wish to participate in online interviews and coffee chats throughout the week.
