Camille Doche is an Assistant Professor in Management with a focus on strategy and business policy at ESCP Business School. Her research focuses on how organizations use collective resources and especially how cooperative organizational forms function. Focusing on the agricultural domain, some practical questions investigated are: how members leave or are retained within cooperatives, or what is the impact of AOPs on cooperative affiliation. Her research relies on econometrics, panel data and the use of cartography, topography and geographical data in management sciences. Camille Doche holds a PhD in management from HEC Paris, and has been invited as a visiting researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, the Wharton School, in 2022. Camille graduated from LSE and ESCP Business School MiM program (ESCP2017). Prior to her career in academia, Camille worked in diverse sectors, including the biotechnology and horticultural industries.
