Camille Doche is an Assistant Professor in Management with a focus on strategy and business policy at ESCP Business School.
Her research examines how organizations leverage collective resources, particularly focusing on the functioning of cooperative organizational forms. Within the agricultural domain, some of the practical questions she investigates include: how members leave or remain within cooperatives, and the impact of AOPs on cooperative affiliation. Her research methodology integrates econometrics, panel data, and the use of cartography, topography, and geographical data in management sciences.
Camille Doche holds a PhD in management from HEC Paris and was invited as a visiting researcher to the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 2022. Camille is a graduate of the LSE and ESCP Business School MiM program (ESCP 2017). Prior to her academic career, she worked across various sectors, including biotechnology and horticulture.
