With nearly 30 years of experience in the management of public and private structures, including 13 years also supporting managers and executives both individually and collectively. Christophe has developed real specificities in the management of complex projects, the transformation of managerial practices in BANI environments (Brittle, Anxious, Non linear, Incomprehensible) requiring strong and structuring developments by relying on the collective and collaborative intelligences of individuals and groups. As an executive or manager of his own companies, he has led groups of 2 to 400 people. His favorite playground goes from the design to the realization of missions with strong impacts on organizations and managerial practices, all in an assured and also benevolent accompaniment. He is also involved in continuing education on behalf of schools sitting on the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles, in particular ESCP EUROPE Business School, as an affiliate professor and scientific director of programs in Executive Education.
