Isabelle de Boysson-Baltassis  is Teaching Professor in the Management Department of the European School of Management (ESCP Europe) in Paris, France and in other business schools and universities (ESA Beyrouth, Institut Catholique de Paris).

 

Besides her work as a professor, she runs her private coaching and executive development practice, working with young and senior managers in various organizations. Besides leadership development, career dynamics, and issues concerning professional women, she is also specialized in team management and team coaching.


Before getting involved in coaching, Isabelle de Boysson-Baltassis has had more than 20 years of experience in various corporations and in high responsibility functions.  In the course of her career, she worked as an economic and financial journalist at Les Echos (leading French economic daily paper, Financial Times group), then in corporate communication as Director for External Relations for Cerus (De Benedetti group). At Cerus, she defined a new corporate communication strategy aimed at strengthening the group’s image, in an adverse climate with intense negative public attention focused on the company and was the  official spokesperson responsible for French and international press, financial community and shareholders, coordinator of the communication policy of the group’s foreign subsidiaries in Spain and Central Europe

Following her MBA she joined Lyonnaise Communications where she created and led a new department for Research and Commercial Simulations and was Associate Director for marketing and programs, leading the digital shift.

 

Isabelle de Boysson is also a professional painter and has exhibited her work in France and Europe.
