Jerome is a Professor of Strategy and Management at ESCP Business School, based in Paris. He lectures on Business Strategy in MBA, EMBA, and executive programmes across Europe.
His work and research focus on strategic agility, strategy execution, and, more broadly, enterprise and business transformation. He is the author of articles, policy papers, and the internationally acclaimed book How to Think Strategically: Your Roadmap to Innovation and Results, published by the Financial Times Masters’ series.
Jerome is also the co-founder and director of Qantums, an advisory firm dedicated to helping its clients develop agile strategies. Jerome has accumulated nearly 30 years of experience across various industries, including high-tech, telecoms and media, healthcare, and automotive. He has been instrumental in a variety of topics, ranging from growth strategy and strategic agility to business model transformation, entrepreneurship, and strategy execution.
Before joining ESCP, Jerome worked with McKinsey, Kearney, and 3H Partners.
He serves as a board member at ESCP Business School and as a non-executive director in several companies.
Jerome holds a PhD in the physics of semiconductors from the École Normale Supérieure, an MBA from INSEAD, and an HDR from Paris Panthéon-Assas University.
