Béatrice Collin is a Professor of Strategy and International Management at ESCP Business School, where she also served as Dean of the Faculty.
Her teaching and research focus on international companies, particularly their strategies, governance, and the challenges of managing cultural diversity. Béatrice Collin has collaborated with leading global corporations such as L’Oréal (the subject of three of her books), Crédit Agricole, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Carrefour, and Adecco, as well as with medium-sized companies excelling in their globalization efforts.
Over the years, she has designed and led executive seminars for European and international organizations, equipping current and future leaders to navigate the critical transformations of the modern era. These include challenges related to digitalization, multipolarity, and the transition toward a circular and sustainable economy.
Béatrice Collin holds a multidisciplinary background in Management, International Economics, and Political Science. She is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po Paris) and has completed doctoral studies jointly with the Department of Economics and the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, NY.
In 2017, Béatrice Collin received the insignia of Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite.
She has taught at the University of Paris II and held visiting professor positions at Cornell University (USA) and Bayes Business School (UK). In addition, she served on the Board of Directors of the École Nationale des Arts et Métiers (ENSAM).
