Carole Bonnier is an Economics and Management Agrégée and holds a Doctorate in Management Science, from CNAM Paris XII. She is also a former student of Ecole Normale Supérieure - Cachan.
As a member of the faculty, she teaches Financial Accounting, Management Control and Corporate Finance. She is former Dean of the Master in Performance Management and the Executive MBA ESCP Business School (weekly track) and launched an Executive Master in Internal Control and Risk Management with the association of IFACI in September 2007.
Carole Bonnier is member of the European Accounting Association and of the French Accounting Association. She has participated in the writing of numerous books on financial accounting including Comptabilité financière des groupes, February 2006. Her latest work Contrôle de gestion et pilotage de la performance is on management control, January 2008 (both published by Gualino).
Much of her work investigates how managers behave when implementing and accepting management control tools. She also focuses on management control in complex organisations such as banks and state organisations such as hospitals. Her main research is devoted to hospital and healthcare networks management.
She is has had long involvement in executive education and has designed specific seminars in accounting and corporate finance specifically for Corporate Executive Department clients (Hermès, SGCIB, BHFM, Merck, Carrefour, SEB, PPR, Auctioneers - ...). She has developed tailor-made financial modules for operational managers and management workshops oriented towards Directors of strategic business units in complex environments. She is "Scientific Director of the Executive Master in Health Management".
