Pierre Bialès is an affiliated professor at ESCP Business School, Paris Campus, in the Management Department. He teaches psychology and negotiation in various programs (MIM, MS).
He holds a doctorate in Information and Communication Sciences from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas on the Media coverage of humanitarian donations (winner of the Institut National de l'Audiovisuel (INA) awards, Special Mention for Research). He also holds a Research Master's degree and a Professional Master's degree in Psychology, as well as a Research Master's degree in Sociology.
Pierre BIALÈS is a clinical psychologist for over 15 years, specialising in psycho-trauma, he is co-founder of PsychoLab Conseil, a consultancy specialising in individual and team psychological support for staff in humanitarian, social, solidarity and humanitarian development organisations in France and abroad. He also spent several years working for the Paris Fire Brigade (Brigade de Sapeurs-Pompiers de Paris).
He is an expert in crisis management, Pierre Bialès also assists the top management teams of various organisations in drawing up prevention policies and actions to be taken in the event of a crisis.
