ESCP Berlin Campus will continue to grow in 2025, and this growth will be supported by the planning and initiation of a significant campus expansion.

►How we are preparing for the future of business education…

Future business leaders will need to possess knowledge and skills in business analytics. Environmental sustainability, human diversity, and respect for humanity have also become top priorities. In the coming years, our teaching approach will integrate both human and analytical perspectives into each course, programme, and lecture.

►The lessons I'm taking into 2025...

ESCP Berlin Campus’s outstanding academic and administrative staff deserve credit for everything we accomplished in 2024. Both individual employees and teams consistently surpassed expectations, reflecting ESCP’s strong foundation in a distinct set of professional and personal values. As a leader, I want to cultivate and protect this culture.

►Our goals for 2025…

In 2025, we will finalise the campus vision, mission, and strategy for 2026–2030. Our primary goal is to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and progressive education and research.

Following our attainment of UK Degree Awarding Powers in 2024, we will ensure our programmes comply with requirements while innovating and enhancing our curriculum.

We also plan to expand our portfolio with new offerings, including the Executive Master in Luxury Transformation and Leadership and a London-based PhD programme. We will also continue developing specialisations such as specialisations in Asset Management and Responsible Leadership in the Master in Management programme and a specialisation in Trading and Investment in the Bachelor in Management programme.

We look forward to finalising the design and execution plan of the 10-year Master Plan, which will extend the London Campus estate and facilities to meet the School’s needs over the next decade.

Engaging with the local business ecosystem will also be a priority in 2025 as the London Campus looks to join the UK Small Business Charter and participate in the UK Apprenticeship Levy scheme.

►How we are preparing for the future of business education…

2025 will require further shifts toward multidisciplinary education and the development of leadership competencies. Global business challenges increasingly demand the integration of knowledge across disciplines.

ESCP London Campus’s Executive Master in Future Energy, Master in Management (MiM) Energy Transition & Sustainability specialisation and the Specialised Master in Energy Management are prime examples of embedding sustainability at the core of these programmes.

In addition to multidisciplinary education, future leaders must develop meta-competencies such as critical and strategic thinking, the ability to inspire positively and influence effectively, creativity, and a solid understanding of emerging trends like AI and geopolitical shifts.

We also plan to expand our educational activities to start-ups and SMEs, creating an ecosystem of businesses interacting with ESCP and our London Campus.

►The lessons I'm taking into 2025...

Higher education, especially business education and research, is a challenging space. While our multi-campus model offers significant advantages, it also adds operational complexity.

There are many areas where we must rethink and reimagine our approaches, necessitating positive thinking and collaboration. I am committed to creating the opportunities and spaces for these exchanges, fostering a culture of enthusiasm for our mission.

Let's make 2025 another memorable year. Together, let's embrace happiness in what we do and strengthen our connections with each other. By understanding each other better, we can cultivate not only new friendships but also new ways of thinking.

In 2025, we aim to further strengthen the ESCP community in Spain by deepening our collaboration with the Alumni Association and the Alumni Committee in Madrid. Expanding our company network, developed by our Careers Department, is also a key priority to provide more opportunities for students and alumni while enhancing our partnerships.

We’re dedicated to maintaining and improving our standings in the Financial Times rankings, where we currently hold standout positions including:

  • #1 Master in Finance worldwide
  • #2 Executive MBA worldwide
  • #6 Master in Management worldwide
  • #5 European Business School

We will also fortify our status as a hub for purpose-driven entrepreneurship and innovation in Europe through our European Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem (3EI). This will create even more impactful opportunities for students, alumni, and partners to collaborate and innovate.

Moreover, we will focus on securing a unified campus that embodies the excellence and ambition of ESCP Madrid while building greater brand awareness through impactful events and sustained academic quality. Fostering a sense of community and inclusivity remains at the heart of everything we do.

With over 200 years of history in the vibrant city of Paris, our campus serves as a hub where tradition meets audacity. We will explore new programmes that intersect business and the humanities, encourage cross-disciplinary thinking, and deepen our commitment to shaping future leaders equipped to tackle the complexities of a rapidly evolving world.

We will also reinforce our role as a laboratory for sustainable urban initiatives, collaborating with local communities and businesses to ensure that our presence contributes meaningfully to the city. From enhancing green spaces to reducing our carbon footprint, our ambition is clear: to be a living example of responsible leadership.

Our goals for 2025…

In 2025, my primary objective for the ESCP Turin Campus is to strengthen its position as a leading centre for research and education while continuing to grow our programmes, student body, faculty, and staff.

Having moved into our new campus only a few months ago, it has already become a true home for our community. The vibrant and energetic atmosphere in the corridors and classrooms fosters a culture of learning and collaboration. My current priority is to complete and fully equip the cafeteria, transforming it into a multifunctional space where students can eat, relax, collaborate on projects, and host events.

How we are preparing for the future of business education…

The integration of artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping teaching and learning methods. At the ESCP Turin Campus, we are embedding AI-driven tools into our curricula, with a particular focus on data literacy and ethical AI practices.

Additionally, we are investing in the professional development of our faculty and staff to ensure they can effectively leverage these technologies.

The lessons I'm taking into 2025...

2024 was marked by transformation and progress. At the ESCP Turin Campus, highlights included the inauguration of our new campus, the launch of the Master of Science (MSc) in Luxury Management, and hosting the prestigious Financial Management Association International (FMA) conference.

The key lesson I took from 2024 is the vital importance of adaptability in both leadership and education, alongside the power of teamwork. Empowering teams to innovate and respond to challenges has proven the best way to build resilience.

My message to the ESCP community…

As we enter 2025, my message is clear: embrace change, prioritise excellence, and remain steadfast in our shared commitment to innovation and impact.
