A Decade of Growth and Innovation in the BSc Bachelor in Management
Since its creation in 2015, the ESCP BSc Bachelor in Management has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from an initial cohort of 47 students to a community of over 3,000 students from 107 nationalities. Its unique three-year, multi-campus structure allows students to study in up to three of ESCP’s European campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, and Turin. Combining rigorous academics with real-world experience through internships and group projects, the programme has become a leader in international business education.
Ranked #1 in France by Le Parisien since 2022 and by Le Figaro Étudiant in 2025, the BSc Bachelor in Management is recognised for its selectivity, international focus, and excellence in professional integration (Le Figaro Étudiant). Graduates benefit from strong employment prospects, with a high employment rate in the management field (Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur). Many secure jobs at prestigious companies such as Amazon, JP Morgan, L’Oréal, and Procter & Gamble or continue their studies at top institutions, including LSE, Imperial College, and MIT.
A Conversation with BSc Bachelor in Management Associate Dean Fabrizio Grana
To mark this special anniversary, we sat down with Fabrizio Grana, Associate Dean of the BSc Bachelor in Management, to discuss his role, the programme’s success, and his hopes for the future.

Associate Professor
Can you describe your role in a few words? As Associate Dean, my role is to oversee the academic quality of the programme together with the European director of studies and the local directors across campuses, ensuring it equips students with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to become successful and impactful leaders. I work closely with faculty, programme officers, student representatives, and university partners to keep the curriculum of the programme innovative.
What’s a typical day like? No two days are ever the same, but a typical day might include meeting with colleagues to discuss how to improve the curriculum, addressing student concerns, and collaborating with university partners on integrating new exchange and dual degrees into the programme. I also dedicate time to meet the programme officers and the students’ experience office to improve the quality of the students’ journey.
What are the main achievements you are proud of? I am proud of the team we created and of all the people that contributed to achieving the #1 ranking for the BSc Bachelor in Management according to Le Figaro—for three years in a row. I am also proud of the family I have created, both at work and in life.
What would be your favourite memory so far? One standout memory is organising the first student-led collective projects in B2 for the Turin campus. Watching students collaborate across cultures, showcase their creativity, and present innovative solutions to real-world problems proposed by real companies made me incredibly proud. I also remember with pride the launch of Y1 in Turin and welcoming the youngest students to the campus. Moments like these remind me of the transformative power of education.
Make a wish for the next 10 years of the BSc Bachelor programme. My wish is for the programme to continue evolving as a French and global benchmark in management education—one that not only adapts to the changing business landscape by integrating sustainability and artificial intelligence within courses but also leads the way in cultivating ethical, resilient, and innovative leaders who make a positive impact on the world.
Looking Ahead
As the ESCP BSc Bachelor in Management moves into its second decade, the programme remains committed to innovation and excellence. With new specialised majors, enhanced international partnerships, and an ever-growing network of successful alumni, the future looks bright for this global, multi-campus experience. Here’s to another ten years of shaping the leaders of tomorrow!
