Guy Maynart is an ESCP’s affiliate professor teaching on the Paris Campus : he teaches Management  Consulting, in particular Consulting Dynamics and Practices, he is also one of the few French experts teaching Sociodynamics (as learned with its founder, Jean-Christian Fauvet).

Graduated from ESCP, he first practised in one of the biggest consulting firms in France : Bossard Consultants, now CapGemini Invent, where he was managing several teams of consultants, and leading numerous successful restructuring processes, as well as organizations adaptations due to market changes.

He implemented various information systems, databases and management tools in order to increase companies efficiency.

Afterwards, as Vice-CEO of OFUP, his activities were directed towards the company’s development in Europe. Then, as the holding General Delegate, he conduced the strategy of a group of SMEs (Press distribution, youth advertising, first online student portal in France).

Nowadays, he leads The WhyLab headed at strategic innovation, startups, and entrepreneurs coaching.

As a member of PROGINOV Conseil Supervisory Board, he is dedicated to entrepreneurs coaching and global capital venture strategy.

At the same time, Guy Maynart conducts teaching and research activities, such as the creation of a Digital Barometer measuring major companies digital performance. This system is now operating in most of the 200 French agencies of a national bank.

As an active sponsor of Réseau Entreprendre Paris, he also supports the growth of innovating startups.
