ESCP students have several opportunities during their master to meet managers, in class as well as during company experiences, and discuss business challenges with them. Company visits are a very effective way to introduce students to the business world and to get a closer look at a big firm from inside.
Once again, The Adecco Group opened its doors to 35 ESCP Master in Management students.

The Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of workforce solutions, transforming the world of business through talent and technology.

A group of selected pre-master year students visited the company headquarters in Milan to discover the culture, values and organisation of the Adecco Group and to prepare for the business market.

The inspiring workshop started with a warm welcome and a company introduction held by Elena Tedoldi, Head of Talent Strategy & Employer Branding.

In the morning the students went deep into the world of Adecco to find out more about headhunters and specialist recruitment services thanks to testimonials by Michele Maiellaro, Manager IT/ICT Spring Professional and Davide Maccagni, Head of Permanent Division at Page Personnel.

After a networking lunch, the afternoon session began. After testimonials by Giacomo Troianiello, Digital Learning Coordinator at Mylia, and Andrea Migliozzi, Branch Manager at Adecco, the workshop continued with the module "Make the future work for everyone", held by Francesco Reale, Secretary-General at Adecco Foundation for Equal Opportunities. The Foundation's goal is the creation of an inclusive working environment that recognises diversity as a business value and driver of innovation, enhancing the organisation's economic performance and competitiveness.

ESCP students were fascinated by Snooze, the gaming-based digital experience for the pre-selection of prospective candidates developed by The Adecco Group. The interactive platform was presented by Katia Castorini, Learning & Development Coordinator, and Alice Inghilleri, Employer Branding Support. Candidates play a game with this tool and get a profile based on their affinity with the brand’s values.

The company experience continued with the presentation of “CEO for One Month” a unique challenge that offers young people the opportunity to develop and showcase their leadership potential, to learn what it takes to succeed as a business leader and to acquire the skills and the experience needed to get a foot on the career ladder.

In Italy, the program selects one successful candidate from the applicants pool to shadow Andrea Malacrida, CEO of The Adecco Group Italy, for one full month, working side-by-side to experience the life of a senior business leader. #CEO1Month was presented by Fabrizio Laguardia, Communication Strategist for The Adecco Group Italy, and Alessandro Tentoni, CEO1Month Italy 2019, and now Project Specialist PHYD, who gave some insights about his month working with the CEO.

The company experience ended with an inspiring closing speech by Monica Magri, Group HR & Organization Director.

This intense day at The Adecco Group was a great experience focused on imagining the future of a constantly evolving business world together.

A big thank you to The Adecco Group and its team for the very exciting company experience.
