Nadine began her career by building up a solid corporate experience in managerial and sales roles for over 18 years before taking the path of training and HR. Passionate about people, she trained in Adult Education and specialised in coaching, transactional analysis, NLP and organisational theory.

Since 2000, Nadine helps directors and managers of SMEs and major accounts to combine human relations and performance within their companies. In 2010, she set up Alliorh in association with 4 other expert consultants. Since then, she has been advising, coaching and training with energy, enthusiasm and kindness. Her command of the English language allows her to regularly work with international key accounts.
