General Eligibility Criteria
- you are a full-time student enrolled at ESCP Berlin (both EU and non-EU-citizens). Traineeships of doctoral students and graduates can also be supported; Please note:
Students enrolled in a Specialised Master Programme based on Berlin Campus as well as Bachelor in Management students who are currently studying and enrolled at Berlin Campus should direct their applications and questions to Berlin Campus. Master in Management students applications are administered through Paris Campus – for more information please see tab “Paris Campus”. - your internship takes place in one of the listed ERASMUS+ Programme countries;
- you have language proficiency in the planned working language;
- your internship is full-time (min. 35 hours/week) and it provides you with valuable hands-on job experience and digital skills;
- your internship must last between min. two and max. twelve months;
- your internship takes place at an eligible host institution such as public/private, small, medium or large enterprises; public bodies at local, regional or national level; chambers of commerce, craft/professional associations and trade unions; research institutes, foundations; schools/institutes/educational centers or HEIs, non-profit organizations, associations, NGOs; bodies providing career guidance, professional counselling bodies and information services
Not eligible are:
- internships in Germany or countries of permanent residence (no cross-border mobility character);
- internships at EU institutions and other EU bodies and institutions that manage EU programs (e. g. national agencies);
- internships with the duration of less than two months;
- internships that have already started cannot be funded retrospectively;
- Erasmus+ funds may support you for 12 month within one study cycle (Bachelor, Master, and PhD). Your internship cannot be funded if the quota of 12 months within the same study cycle has been used up;
- internships for which you already receive grants or funding through another EU-programs
Terms of Grants Allocation at ESCP
The selection is made centrally by the Erasmus university coordinator. The selection criteria are divided into qualitative and formal criteria. The formal criteria are: completeness of the documents, accuracy of the information, plausibility of the information, compliance with the formal requirements and deadlines or, if applicable, the agreements made. The qualitative criteria are: professional motivation for the internship and the embedding of the internship in the course of the study.
Please note: There is no legal entitlement to provide funding under the Erasmus internship program. The mobility grants are awarded on the basis of the availability of funds.
ESCP has an Erasmus+ budget set annually by the European Commission. Grants are awarded on the basis of the amount available. Mobility grants for internships in Europe are allocated at ESCP for a 3,5 months mobility per person. Longer mobility periods can be taken in consideration. However they depend on the budget availability.
An eligible student must comply with the obligation linked to the Erasmus status.
Students with special needs
Supplementary support is available from the National Agency to assist with additional costs incurred by those with physical, mental or health-related conditions. Your Erasmus+ coordinator will give you advice on the application procedure.
Application Process & Deadlines
Applications for ERASMUS+ mobility funding are accepted on the rolling basis, but should be submitted no later than 6 weeks before the start of your internship. E. g. students of Specialised Master-Programs starting their internship on the 1st of May should apply no later than the 20th of March.
Phase 1: Application
Please apply six weeks before the start of your internship with the following documents (in English or German, to be sent to erasmus.berlin@escpeurope.eu):
- Application Form
- CV
- Motivation letter (1 or 2 DIN A4 pages)
- Confirmation of internship (contract or E-mail, if available)
Phase 2: Agreements
ERASMUS+ coordinator checks your application and nominates you for ERASMUS+ mobility grant four weeks before the start of your internship. The following steps need to be undertaken to formalize the process before you start your internship:
- sign the Grant Agreement
- Sign the Learning Agreement for Traineeship
- Provide proof of medical, liability and accident insurance
- Conduct an online language test (working language of your internship)
Phase 3: Before and during the intership
- Transfer of the 1st mobility grant rate (80%)
- Submission of the Internship interim report and if applicable request to shorten/extend the duration of internship
- Submission of the final report (+ online language test) 1 month after the internship ends
- Transfer of the 2nd scholarship rate (20%)

ESCP souhaite attirer les meilleurs étudiants internationaux (UE et hors UE) au sein des programmes master et de doctorat, renforcer la mobilité étudiante en Europe et hors Europe et développer les recherches académiques communes.
- Pour cela, nous développons des partenariats avec les meilleures institutions académiques. Nous privilégions les partenaires ayant une excellence académique et reconnus à l’international notamment en étant accrédités (AMBA, AACSB, EQUIS).
- Nous souhaitons renforcer notre présence en particulier dans les pays d’Europe de l'Est, d’Asie du Sud Est, d’Amérique Latine et d’Afrique.
- Il s’agit avant tout d’attirer les meilleurs étudiants internationaux notamment de ces régions et aussi de proposer plus de destinations pour la mobilité étudiante pour le programme d’échange et de double diplôme avec notre Master in Management (MiM). La mobilité du personnel en Europe est aussi promue pour favoriser les échanges de bonnes pratiques.
Enfin, nous favorisons les double-diplômes afin que nos étudiants aient une reconnaissance académique dans le pays d’accueil s’ils souhaitent s’y implanter.
Par ailleurs, nous développons la mobilité de nos étudiants en entreprise afin qu’ils soient imprégnés de la culture des pays visités à la fois à travers l’expérience académique et également grâce à l’expérience du travail en entreprise.
Une aide financière pour vos séjours
Vous pouvez bénéficier de cette aide sans condition de revenus. Les bourses sont indexées sur le niveau de vie du pays dans lequel se tient la mobilité.

Conditions d’éligibilité
Veuillez noter :
Seuls les étudiants inscrits en Master in Management ainsi que les étudiants en Bachelor in Management qui étudient actuellement et sont inscrits sur le Campus de Paris sont éligibles. Les étudiants de masters spécialisés ne sont pas éligibles à la bourse.
- Être étudiant à ESCP - temps plein ou en apprentissage, citoyen européen ou non - partant soit en échange académique dans une université européenne ayant signé une charte Erasmus+ avec notre établissement, soit effectuant un stage dans un pays participant au programme Erasmus+ (pays membres de l’Union européenne + Islande, Liechtenstein, Norvège, Turquie, Macédoine du Nord, Serbie).
- Sur le cycle master, partir en échange pendant 3 mois minimum ou en stage pendant 2 mois minimum et pour une période maximum de 12 mois de mobilité (études et/ou stage).
- Sur le cycle bachelor, partir en stage pendant 2 mois minimum et pour une période maximum de 12 mois de mobilité.
Conditions d’attribution
Concernant la bourse Erasmus+ stage, des conditions restrictives sont appliquées :
- Les étudiants percevant une indemnité (rémunération, remboursement de frais d'hébergement, de transport, de vie...) égale ou supérieure à 600,60 €/mois (gratification moyenne minimale mensuelle d'un stagiaire en France) durant leur stage ne sont pas éligibles.
- Les bourses sont allouées sur une période maximum de 6 mois même si la durée du stage est plus longue.
L'étudiant éligible devra s’acquitter des différentes obligations liées au statut Erasmus+
Etudiant en situation de handicap
Si vous êtes étudiant en situation de handicap, vous pouvez bénéficier d’une bourse Erasmus+ spécifique, en complément de votre bourse de mobilité qui prend en charge les frais supplémentaires engendrés par votre séjour en Europe (jusqu’à 100% des frais réels encourus).

As a transnational business school dedicated to European management education for more than 40 years, ESCP Torino seeks to attract outstanding international students (EU and non-EU) for its Bachelor, Master and Executive Programmes, to improve mobility of students, faculty and staff and to establish long-term academic and research cooperation with international partners.
ESCP seeks to constantly increase the number of students enrolled in its graduate programs as well as the number of successful graduates. Participation in activities covered by the ERASMUS+ Programme helps us to offer high-quality degree programs with up-to-date course content matching the current needs and demands of the labour market both in Italy and internationally.
ESCP actively cooperates with a large network of academic and business partners to develop programs and deliver employment-related skills in order to improve the employability of its graduates. By establishing cross-border cooperation ties, the ESCP Torino seeks to foster international student mobilities and extend the range and nature of the opportunities offered to its students, as integral or optional credit mobility in the degree programs at Bachelor, and Master levels in the form of exchange and double-degree programs. ESCP Torino is also dedicated to promoting the mobility of academic and administrative staff for exchange of experience and good practices.
Internships and Study Mobility
Through active participation in international academic and research projects, ESCP aspires to promote cultural diversity and international experience exchange. Programme mobilities for students and staff and intercultural learning environment greatly improve the quality of the offered degree programmes as well as the students’ learning experience. ESCP puts a great emphasis on a strong and reliable network of academic and business partners. Its network partners from the fields of economics, politics and science contribute to the development and success of the offered programmes. In business partnerships, ESCP exploits the synergies by linking education, research, and innovation and develops collaborative content ranging from employer branding activities to direct support of recruiting processes or the joint development of seminars for management. Already during the studies, the students unite over borders to exchange experiences and to co-create campus life on the six campuses.
