Anna Glaser is an Associate Professor in the Work & Human Relations Department at ESCP Business School and the Academic Director of the Bachelor in Management (BIM) program in Paris. Her research focuses on reflexivity, sustainability, collaborative innovation, and the future of work. She explores how organizations, managers, and employees navigate transitions and develop practices that support sustainable and ethical management. Her work has been published in top academic journals such as Academy of Management Learning & Education (AMLE), Organizational Research Methods (ORM), and Revue Française de Gestion (RFG). 

At ESCP, Anna also coordinates the Managing Oneself and Others (MOO) specialization in the MIM program, designed to equip young managers with the skills to navigate organizational complexities while maintaining integrity and fostering leadership. She has co-developed courses on reflexivity with Professor Maral Muratbekova-Touron across multiple programs (MIM, EMIB, PhD) and designed a Design Thinking course (MIM) that regularly collaborates with corporate partners. Her teaching integrates experiential learning and reflexive practices to support students in developing critical management skills.

Beyond her teaching and research, Anna is an active member of ESCP’s Research Centre for Environmental and Societal Transitions (RESET), Future of Organizing Research Center (FORCE), and contributes to the Women in Finance Chair. She also serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Openness, Commons & Organizing (JOCO) and is a board member of the Research Group on Collaborative Spaces (RGCS).

Originally from Austria, Anna holds a Master’s in Commerce from WU Vienna and a CEMS Master in International Management from WU Vienna & Corvinus University of Budapest. She earned her PhD in Management Science from MINES Paris PSL and ESCP Business School.
