Noreen O'Shea is an emeritus associate professor in the Entrepreneurship department at ESCP Business School, where she continues to do some teaching at Bachelor and Master levels.
Her action-research approach is focused on encouraging and implementing democratic practices in the workplace as well as improving group dynamics in both professional and student-based teams.
Her current research efforts are devoted to:
- the study of the cooperatives as an alternative organizational form and as a rich source for the understanding and mobilzing of democracy at work,
- the study of leadership configurations and cooperative practices in student teams and their impacts on learning and performance.
She has recently obtained a certification in coaching from the Institute of Neurocognitivism enabling her to offer training and coaching sessions (…)
