Sonia Ben Slimane is a Senior Fellow and Executive Director of ERIM (ESCP Research Institute of Management), where she also oversees quality assurance for learning and research management. Her academic and professional work lies at the intersection of innovation and technology management, organisational capabilities, and innovative entrepreneurship, with a strong emphasis on systemic, ecosystem-based and interdisciplinary approaches.
She serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of the Knowledge Economy and is Head of International Relations for the Research Innovation Network (RNI), actively contributing to the development of international research collaborations.
Previously, Sonia Ben Slimane was Associate Professor of Innovation at Novancia Business School, and has taught innovation management in several French higher education institutions. She also co-led, for four years, the NEIS Chair (Nanotechnologies, Ecodesign, Innovation and Strategy) within Labex SERENADE, and was formerly an Associate Researcher at IMRI – Université Paris.
She has been involved in multiple competitive research projects funded through national and institutional calls for proposals, working closely with public bodies and ministries.
Sonia Ben Slimane holds a PhD in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL and is nationally qualified as Maître de Conférences in Management Sciences (CNU Section 06).
