Thierry Boudès is a Professor of Strategy, Project Management, and Consulting at ESCP Business School.

His research delves into narrative processes within organizations, exploring how, when numbers align, a manager's story can transform into a strategic vision.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School and holding a Ph.D. from École Polytechnique, he began his career in information systems consulting. He then spent five years at the EDF/GDF Institute of Management, focusing on executive education for senior leaders. Subsequently, he returned to consulting, specializing in change management. Thierry has also served as a visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Austin (McCombs School of Business) and a visiting professor at HEC Montréal.
