Registrations have now closed for the 4th Edition of the ESCP Energy Trading Challenge, taking place this year on 28th and 29th February 2020.
The ETC is a competitive team event open to talented students from the world’s best universities. Participants will explore trading challenges and execute responsible investment strategies.
The ETC 2020 is sponsored by Glencore, one of the major producers and marketers of commodities and employers of 146,000 people around the world. It is jointly organised by ESCP ESCP MSc in Energy Management (MEM) students, in collaboration with Smart Global, ESCP Business School, and the School’s Energy Management Centre (EMC).
In 2019, 205 attendees represented 23 universities at this truly international competition. The ETC gave students from the most prestigious universities and business schools in Europe and the UK the opportunity to compete in a stimulating and thought-provoking two-day event. Participants learned key insights on how and what to trade, and how to make profits with oil and gas products - even when prices are going down.

The ESCP Energy Society in collaboration with Smart Global, EMC and ESCP Business School will host a roundtable discussion on "2020: What does the future hold for oil & gas markets?" held in tandem with the ESCP Energy Trading Challenge 2020.
The roundtable discussion will take place at 6pm on Friday, 28th February at ESCP London Campus.
