Stéphane Lesage is an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School, within the Management Department, and co-founder of MANA, an open innovation agency dedicated to fostering synergies between academia and corporate organisations.
He has over 18 years of experience at the crossroads of strategic consulting, organisational transformation, and higher education. His career has led him to work as a consultant and later as a director in strategy and management consulting firms, before co-founding MANA in 2020. He has supported major international organisations such as BNP Paribas CIB, Danone, Konica Minolta, Société Générale, Chanel, Rexel, and Sodiaal, across industrial, financial, and service sectors.
His areas of expertise include strategic studies, transformation programme management, innovation management, as well as operational excellence and process performance. He also integrates corporate social responsibility and sustainable transformation challenges into the strategies he designs and supports.
In the academic sphere, Stéphane Lesage has been teaching for over ten years in several business and engineering schools. At ESCP, he mainly teaches at Master in Management level on consulting dynamics and practices, corporate strategy, and innovation, and supervises academic consulting projects.
He holds a DEA in Production Systems Management from École nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, a postgraduate degree in Industrial Development Engineering from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, and a Master’s degree in Economics.
