Stefanie Neumann is Chief Executive Officer of Lufthansa Systems GmbH, a leading provider of IT solutions for the aviation industry. She assumed the role in April 2023 after holding several senior leadership positions within the Lufthansa Group.

With a background in European Business Administration, she began her career in strategy and IT consulting, focusing on business and technology transformation across telecommunications, insurance, and aviation. She later spent nearly a decade at Deutsche Telekom AG in senior management roles in technology and media, where she led the development of TV and media platforms and contributed to the expansion of Internet TV as a scalable business model.

In 2019, she joined the Lufthansa Group as Vice President IT Sourcing and later assumed responsibility for IT Infrastructure and Transition, driving sourcing strategies and the modernization of IT operations.

As CEO of Lufthansa Systems, Stefanie Neumann advocates agile collaboration, continuous learning, and technological innovation to advance digital transformation in aviation.
