Regis Coeurderoy is a Professor in Strategic Management and Innovation at ESCP Business School.

Since September 2023, he has been Dean of Research, with one of the flagship initiatives of his mandate being the establishment of five Research Institutes – the LIGhTS.

Regis Coeurderoy has authored numerous articles situated at the crossroads of strategic innovation, entrepreneurship, and international business. His work examines topics such as market strategies for innovators, the internationalization processes of new technology-based firms, and the strategic role of motivational systems in corporate value creation. His research is published in top-tier international journals, including Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Business Venturing, and Strategic Management Journal.

He holds a Doctorate in Management from HEC France and an HDR (French qualification for Ph.D. supervision).  He is a former President of the French-speaking strategic management association (AIMS, 2011–2013).
