Executive Director of ESCP Dubai Branch Campus since September 2024, Bastian DUFILHOL is permanent affiliate professor at ESCP Business School and Executive Programme academic director.
Following a military career marked by operational units (Foreign Legion, combat tanks), cadet officers training and education at the Saint-Cyr Military Academy, numerous military operations and head of project coordination in central administration (project to simplify the army's organization and processes), he is a (rtd) general officer of the French Army. Since 2024, he is in charge of Strategy course cycle at CHEM (Centre des Hautes Études Militaires). He is also advisor of ANOZR WAY, a French start-up at the forefront of cybersecurity.
Initially trained at the Saint-Cyr military academy, he is graduate of the war college. He is an engineer, also graduate of ESSEC Business School and holds a PhD in political science (Aix-Marseille University).
Graduate of the Ministry of the Interior's Institute of Advanced Studies (IHEMI), he is the author of a thesis on state resilience, combining public policy, organizational theory and crisis sociology.
