Innovation, digital and insurance are at the heart of my career. I'm a senior advisor, a specialist in business development and transformation, and an actuary by training. My orientations are guided by a societal and sustainable commitment and positive energy.   Since September 2023, I have joined the Assurances du Crédit Mutuel teams as a member of the comex in charge of Development and Transformation for several reasons: The Group's values | The reality and usefulness of the insurance business | The challenges of new contexts | A committed collective   With my team, we guide our actions in this spirit: Mutualist values: commitment, long-term relationships, solidarity, solidity, simplicity.... Reality and usefulness of the insurance business: risk management, relationship with territories, insurability, sustainability... Adapting to new contexts: lucidity, evolution, innovation, agility, foresight... Collective commitment: positive dynamics, customer focus, data-driven, training, services to distribution networks... I'm also a director of Wafa Assurances (a leading Moroccan insurer with African and digital ambitions). My career : Former Chief Digital Officer at CNP Assurances and member of the comex, I led the group to adapt to new uses with a leadership role. I also founded and managed online offering platforms and a fintech and insurtech investment fund. With resolve and optimism still on my shoulder, I then chose to contribute to this dynamic by taking a new path and decided to found my own consulting firm "Les Hautes Herbes" - https://www.leshautesherbes.fr - to support leaders in their transformation processes. Aware of the unprecedented stakes and complexity in which companies and society in general are evolving, I gear my actions and teaching towards addressing environmental, social and economic issues at the same level. My management and teaching methods aim to develop collective intelligence and action.
