After a successful 'Tech Days' event at the London Stock Exchange, the third edition of our Executive Master in Manufacturing Automation & Digital Transformation will begin in January 2020.

On 3rd July 2019, ESCP London - in partnership with Comau and ELITE – hosted the second edition of its Tech Days event at the London Stock Exchange and launched the third edition of the Executive Master in Manufacturing Automation & Digital Transformation.

The night was supported by ESCP alumnus Nicolas Petrovic (CEO, Siemens France), who joined a distinguished panel discussion with Andy Ransom (CEO, Rentokil Initial), Massimiliano Pogliani (CEO, Illycaffè), Maurizio Cremonini (VP and Global Head of Marketing, COMAU), Luca Pyerano (CEO, ELITE), Jörg Astalosch (CEO, ItalDesign), and bestselling author Dr Terence Tse.

ELITE is part of the London Stock Exchange Group, offering international business support and a capital-raising programme for ambitious and fast-growing companies. As part of ESCP's mission to transform future leaders, the School joined forces with ELITE and COMAU to discuss the changing role of customers in the digital era, highlighting the balance between human skills and technology. The event had more than 100 guests from different industries, backgrounds and business sizes.

Panellists offered insights on the increasingly individualised customer demands, product delivery and recycling process associated with the services provided, illustrating the direction of innovation in previous industrial revolutions and today's Industry 4.0 advancements.

The growing demand for managers with top-tier technical skills and engineers with management and leadership skills are evident with the evolution of innovative digital technologies. Therefore, ESCP and Comau's Executive Master in Manufacturing Automation & Digital Transformation is designed to evaluate these topics, as well as engaging executives, directors, managers and professionals  in the theory of what we call 'leadership 4.0'.

The next edition of the Executive Master in Manufacturing Automation & Digital Transformation starts in January 2020, and offers expert cutting-edge industrial processes and a better understanding of the technologies which characterise Industry 4.0. To find out more, please visit escp.eu/emma.
