As an Affiliate Professor at ESCP, I design and lead leadership and change management programmes for senior executives, teach "Jazz Intelligence" in the Bachelor programme, and co-facilitate "Improbable Art-Thinking" seminars.

For over 15 years, I have been accompanying individual and collective transformations through coaching, training programmes, and "Music Labs". A violinist with a deep passion for the intersection of music and management, I create immersive experiences in which participants explore new ways of improvising, listening, and connecting — and uncover their own leadership style. Music Labs are also a space for rediscovering the joy of creating together and tapping into resources we never knew we had.
