Pedro has 20 years of experience in human development in the banking sector in France. In the last 10 years, he was in charge of the leadership development programmes for Top Executives and Senior Experts of the French bank Societe Generale. Pedro is also an Executive Coach.

He is an affiliate professor (and alumnus) at ESCP Business School. He is also an associate professor at the University of Toulouse. In the past, he has worked with companies such as Accor, British Petroleum, Carrefour, Deutsche Telekom, Ibercaja Bank, L'Oréal and ThyssenKrupp, among others.

Pedro holds a PhD in Management from the University of Paris-Dauphine. He has 15+ years of experience teaching students and professionals in areas such as creativity, innovation, HR, people development and leadership, subjects on which he also conducts academic research.

Pedro speaks French, English and Spanish, his mother tongue.
