Marina Santalices

Marina Santalices is a spanish advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, working as the Women Will Program Lead and since January 2021 she’s also been leading Google’s Economic Recovery initiatives across Asia Pacific. Early in her career Marina worked at AbbVie Pharmaceuticals and Pernod Ricard where she discovered her passion for Marketing and storytelling. In 2016 she joined Google in Spain working in Business Marketing and since 2018 she’s been in Singapore leading Women Will, which aims to help women gain economic opportunity for themselves across 49 countries and since 2020 she took on APAC’s Economic Contribution Efforts like Grow with Google. From April 2022 she will move to Google’s EMEA HQ in London to work on Content and Child Safety online.

She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, a MSc in Marketing and Digital Media from ESCP Europe University and a Marketing Diploma from Wharton University.
