Masterclass | Entrepreneurial Energy for the Corporate Culture of the 21st Century

Globalization, digitization, pandemic, geopolitical conflicts… The list for drivers of change is long. We are experiencing change more and more as a constant fellow at our side, instead of an exceptional situation to deal with now and then. From a management perspective, it is very interesting to observe how corporate structures are dealing with this commoditization of change.

Management as ‘business administration’ still alludes to a laid back job dealing with undisrupted low-change contexts. We propose adding a second operating system to the 21^st century corporate culture: entrepreneurial energy.
