Join us on the ESCP Berlin Campus for a Fireside Chat with Dr. Daniel Perlzweig (EMBA Class of 2011) on the topic of "M&A Management in the Context of Strategy and People". In this intimate fireside chat, Daniel will share his experience in the context of M&A processes, both from a strategic and from a people perspective. We will discuss how to shape and leverage the dimensions of strategy and people towards corporate culture, accomplishment and value. The format of the talk includes plenty of time for Q&A and debate.  

Dr. Perlzweig's discussion will be followed by a cocktail dinner with current EMBA participants, alumni and prospective candidates.

About the Speaker

Dr. Daniel Perlzweig – International C-Level Executive, Managing Director & Board Member – is an ESCP Alumnus Executive MBA Class of 2011.

Daniel served as Senior Executive Counsel, Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Group General Counsel and VP Global Governance of a large cap multinational. He has degrees in Law and Economics, holds the PhD / Doctorate in Law & Public Policy of Software Technology Patentability, is a registered Attorney at Law admitted to the German Bar and received the certificates of LL.M. (Master of International Law) as well as of EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration).  He is also Certified Coach focusing on Business Transformation and Career Progression.

Since starting his career in 1999, Daniel has held several leadership positions in different businesses (railway, infrastructure and professional services), functions (commercial, legal, business development, projects, ESG/ethics & compliance, security, strategy/M&A and governance) as well as regions (worked from Canada, UK, Sweden, Germany, Israel, China and India).  During the recent years of his career he spent a significant amount of time managing and delivering corporate strategy and cross-border M&A transactions.
